100 squats
10 burpees
90 situps (not crunches)
10 burpees
80 Bicycle crunches
10 burpees
70 pushups (I did 3 sets of 20 and one last set of 10- some on my knees I must admit)
10 burpees
60 mountain climbers
10 burpees
50 leg raises
10 burpees
40 plank to push-up
10 burpees
30 reverse crunches
10 burpees
20 pike pushups
10 burpees
10 supermans
10 burpees
Repeat. Or don’t. Either way it’s a good one 🙂
