Korean Chicken Tacos

- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 2 teaspoons packed brown sugar (honey would work too if you didn't want to use brown sugar)
- 1½teaspoons grated fresh ginger
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon Asian chili-garlic sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1½pounds skinless, boneless chicken breast halves, cut into bite-size strips
- 8 5 inches white corn tortillas, heated according to package directions
- ⅓ cup snipped fresh cilantro
- In a small bowl combine soy sauce, lime juice, brown sugar, ginger, garlic, cornstarch, and chili-garlic sauce; set aside.
- Cut chicken into thin strips.
- Heat olive oil over medium heat in a large pan. Add chicken and cook until just no longer pink.
- Add sauce and stir to coat chicken. Continue to stir and cook over medium until it has thickened and is bubbling.
- Top with fresh cilantro and serve!!
