I’m kind of in a workout rut… what shall I do?
I’m getting kind of sick of my non-structured workouts at the gym. I should try to go to classes at the gym more, but they always seem to be at such and inopportune time! The latest classes on some days at 5:30 or 6, which is often before I’m done with work. And going in the morning? I should!! But it’s just sooooo hard!
Really I’m just complaining. I will find my workout motivation again soon, I know it. In the meantime, I found this great infographic from mindbodygreen.com
This should give us all a little more exercise motivation!
