Today is day 15 of the Whole30! I’ve had some awesome meals lately:

Yesterday Kyle and I took a bike ride to Pine Island, a cute little town about 13 miles away. We took the Douglas Trail to get there- it was GORGEOUS!
The weather lately has been absolutely incredible. Sunny, warm, breezy- perfect.
Since I was in a workout rut last week, I tried out 2 new classes at my gym: Cable 45 and Kickbox Cardio- both were awesome!!
And lastly, I scheduled my Step 3 medical board exams… so now it’s time to start studying (leisurely of course 🙂 )
