Today is my day off this week. Last week is was Wednesday, and this week it’s Tuesday which is good because I really needed a day off, but bad because my next day off isn’t until next Wednesday. Oh well.
So today I will be grocery shopping, doing laundry, studying, working out, and eating froyo. I will tell you all about it tomorrow. In the mean time, here is an awesome article I saw the other day:

For me, sugar is such a love/hate relationship. I LOVE all things sweet, but I hate how a little sugar here and there can lead me into a week long unhealthy sugar coma. I would love to be one of those people who could just have a few bites of something fabulous every now and then and feel satisfied… but I’m not there yet. I will eat a whole box of oreos without blinking, I promise 😉
