Happy Monday Everyone! I hope you had a fabulous, relaxing weekend.
I actually felt pretty sick yesterday. I had a horrible headache and basically slept all day with the exception of my trip to the grocery store (which no sickness could stop me from doing- I love the grocery way to much).
This morning, I’m packing my gym clothes and a snack so that I can head straight to the gym after work. I’ve been working out at home a lot thanks to my new treadmill and the fact that you can do most of Tina’s Best Body Bootcamp at home as well. As much as I love the convenience of working out at home while watching the Biggest Loser on my computer, I am yearning for some quality time at a real gym. And I feel like my workouts have been losing intensity since I can stop and take a break in my bedroom any time I want. So off to the real gym I go! But, if you’re like me and love having the option of working out at home, here are some great youtube channels that can help you get your sweat on!
Tara Stiles Yoga. Tara is a yoga guru that has an amazing approach to yoga. Her videos are quick but give you whatever you are looking for- a nice stretch, some relaxation, or a hard core yoga routine.

Blogilates. Cassie is hilarious and will kick your butt! She has everything in her videos- check them all out and get sweating!
