I’ll keep this short and sweet because I have some studying to do before my exam tomorrow.
I made tie-dye oatmeal yesterday and it was the bomb.com
Step 1. Microwave 1/2 cup oats with enough water to cover the top for 1 minute
Step 2. Add 1/2 cup liquid egg whites and stir
Step 3. Microwave for another minute
Step 4. Stir in 1 packet of stevia (I actually used the liquid vanilla stevia but whatever sweetener you like is fine)
Step 5. Stir in a ton of frozen blueberries- not only will this color your entire bowl purple, but it will cool off your scalding hot oatmeal so you can inhale it faster
Step 6. Mix 2 TBS PB2 with just enough water to make it a bit runny
Step 7. Pour PB mixture over oatmeal and enjoy
After a long day at the hospital (we had a test review so it made the day go later than usual) I came home and was feeling SUPER lazy.
I did not want to work out at all. I mustered up enough energy to walk a lousy 2 miles on an incline while studying. Then I pretended like I was doing wall sits but in reality I only lasted about 2 minutes before I gave up. And I realized there is no good way to take a picture of yourself doing a wall sit!
Now I need your help:
I need some ideas for quick workouts to do today while I’m studying!
Here are my thoughts:
1. Walk on treadmill while studying
2. Do this crossfit WOD: 100 push-ups, 100 sit-ups, 100 squats, run 1 mile
3. Do some blogilates videos in between hours of studying
4. Do a HIIT workout from my list of workouts
5. Break up parts of Tina’s Bootcamp to do separately throughout the day
Any other ideas? Ok, hope you all have a great day!!
